Best Exercise For UPPER CHEST- Buildingstrongmuscles

If you are new in bodybuilding and really want to take a step to hit gym with full passion then you can try these normal easy to go exercise for building a strong upper chest. Upper chest are the first thing which gets noticed in your body even if you don't have strong hand muscles. It kind of adds to support your overall body mass. And gives you a Strong upper body support.

 Here are some  exercise you should try

  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

    This Exercise is like at the top of building a strong upper chest. You should do this at 10,12,6 sets adding more weights on the dumbell each time and 75 degrees. When doing this at high degrees you should concentrate on your chest and avoid hitting the shoulders, When the 75 degrees done right it’s really pumps the neck/upper chest meet point.



    • Incline Barbell Bench Press
    This Exercise is like at the second of building a strong upper chest. You should do this at 10,12,6 sets adding more weights on the barbell each time and 45 degrees. When doing this at high degrees you should concentrate on your chest and avoid hitting the shoulders, When the 45 degrees done right it’s really pumps the neck/upper chest meet point.
